Will extra staff be needed to implement or maintain the program?

No. ALAS Dropout Prevention will submit a proposal that utilizes existing staff to provide the intervention. We are also highly experienced in helping a school utilize peer mentors, community volunteers and university interns. Obviously, some reallocation of existing staff time will be required but ALAS Dropout Prevention has experience with customizing reallocation of staff in a win-win plan for the school, staff and students.
